Zanu-PF MP represent Zim in SADC Universal Health Coverage

A Harare Zanu PF MP Terence Mukupe has indicated that he is currently representing Zimbabwe at a Southern African Development Community Universal Health Coverage workshop in Johannesburg.
"We are focusing on the Big 3 that have devastated our region ... HIV & AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria," he said.
"We are committed add a country to achieve Universal Health Coverage. The goal of Universal Health Coverage is to ensure that all people have access to health services they need of sufficient quality without being exposed to financial hardships ."
He said those are the big three in terms of mortality rates across SADC.
"The major positive is that new infection rates for HIV across the region has declined by 30% on average with other countries now at 50%," he said.
"We are focusing on the Big 3 that have devastated our region ... HIV & AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria," he said.
