Mna kills wife in taxi and tries to commit suicide

A man allegedly killed his wife on a minibus taxi and tried to take his own life by stabbing himself in the stomach, KwaZulu-Natal police said on Thursday.
"A 35-year-old woman was allegedly stabbed to death by her husband inside the minibus taxi. The suspect allegedly then stabbed himself in the stomach," Major Thulani Zwane said.
He was arrested and taken to hospital under police guard following the incident at 05:00 on Gledhow Mill Road, KwaDukuza, north of Durban.
The motive for the killing was unknown.
He would be charged with murder and appear in court soon.
