As anti-governnment engulf Zimbabwe, Tuesday morning saw demostraters throng the Zimbabwean Embassy in South Africa demanding the emidiate lifting of the new Zimra harsh regulations pertaining the transportation of goods into Zimbabwe among other grievances. The demostrators who were mainly from Matebeleland and Midlands also demanded the restoration of the once existing border between the Matebele Kingdom known as Mthwakazi nation and Mashonaland Zimbabwe.
The demostrators comprised of collective Ndebele individuals from every political organisations and also from solidarity activists, The mob was dominated mainly by the youth and showed much anger as they chanted anti-Zimbabwean and Zanu pf government songs, The speaker Bonman Khumalo read out and handed the memorandum to the deputy Ambassador Mr Muranga who signed it under heavy guard from SAPS Police who had a hard time pushing away the angry demostrators, SAPs police had earlier instructed the protest leaders that it would only allow 15 people to hand in the memorandum but that was shunned by angry Mthwakazi youth who forced their way to the Embassy in numbers,.
The demostraters left a strong warning that other measures would be taken if the Embassy and the Zimbabwean government do not respond to their demands as always. "We will fight till the last Ndebele blood is shed, this Zimbabwean government is carrying out its plans of trying to destroy us, its enough, We call every Mthwakazian to rise up and fight Shona oppression"Shouted Nkosi Ndlovu one of the youth leaders. The call for Mthwakazi independence from Mashonaland Zimbabwe has recently risen.Residents of Matebelaland and Middlands blame the Zanu pf government of marginalising them and trying by all possible means to swallow all Ndebele existing in the country.
This is the petition handed over to the Zimbabwean government.

Food Imports Restrictions
We write as civic society based in South Africa made up of Zimbabweans who are mainly from Matabeleland and Midlands.
We are writing to vehemently oppose the recently passed law that prohibits us from sending food stuffs to our beloved families back home. Bearing in mind the terrible drought that not only our country but the whole of SADC is experiencing, we feel this is not only Insensitive but also irresponsible.
The recent report by UNICEF about food security in our country is horrifying but having government officials making matters worse by digging the 1974 Rhodesian Laws is a disgrace to say the least. Do they want to starve our people to death.?
We therefore demand that this diabolic law be scrapped with immediate effect. If this does not happen by end of July 2016 we will go back to our members to discuss the next move.
We want the USD$300 duty free per callender month allowance reinstated with immediate effect.
It is our wish that we find an amicable solution to this but if that doesn't happen remember they say a hungry man is an angry man.
