Most Zimbabwean sex workers are not seeking medical treatment for sexually transmitted infections.
The Daily News reports that only one in three female sex workers receive adequate HIV prevention and government was not doing much to help with the prevention and elimination of the pandemic.
Interviewed sex workers expressed that they are treated bad and feel worse at the hands of health care service providers than on their job.
They see unprotected sex as a risk like in any other sector and others feel that there is demand for.
