A Mabvuku resident has complained of ill-treatment of patients by health staff at Mabcvuku clinic.
This was revealed by the Harare Residents Trust.
"A resident from Mabvuku complained about the ill treatment she got from Mabvuku clinic," said the trust.
''Mabvuku clinic was turning away people claiming that they are understaffed.I got my son there around 20:00pm and i was told to sit outside at the benches so that the sister in charge would attend to him," the woman told the trust.
"Surprisingly the two officers a lady and a gentle man later asked the patient and the mother to leave as the sister in charge was in no position to attend to him."
The trust said this shows that residents are being deprived their rights to health care which is in section 76 of the Zimbabwe Constitution.
