A 21-year-old father, Andre Curry of Chicago published a photo of his daughter with hands and feet tied up on Facebook.
Andre has generated intense internet backlash after he posted the photo in July.
Last week, he appeared on websites like The Smoking Gun and TheDirty.com.
In the picture, you can see how the blue tape contains the arms and legs together at the wrists and ankles, and a large piece covering the mouth of the child.
The photo appears with the caption "this is wut happens wen my baby hits me back."
Je'Vanna Cobbins, a friend of Curry, said "it was just a game and they never do anything to hurt anyone."
"He is very playful with his daughter. People play with their children in different ways. "
