A jilted girlfriend who had drunk wine and vodka rams her ex's car into the bowling alley where he worked (Hollywood Bowl) after he changed his Facebook status to "single".
Terrified customers leapt for cover as the car crossed the foyer and slammed into the reception desk causing £14,000 of damage.
Incredibly, no one was hurt.
Yesterday a judge told the mum-of-three she'd avoided jail "by the skin of her teeth".
Bolton crown court heard hours earlier Mr Jones, the dad of the young-est chid, ended their two-year relationship.
Prosecutor Geoff Whelan said: "She dropped Mr Jones off at Hollywood Bowl at 5pm. She texted asking him to come back home.
"She had written things on Facebook saying she was heartbroken and crushed. He turned his phone off."
Holley, of Little Hulton, left her children, aged 11, five and one with Mr Jones' sister and set off for the Bolton venue after downing half a bottle of wine and "a couple of large vodkas".
Witnesses saw her revving the engine in the car park and driving into the building at speed.
The car stopped after crashing through a cafe and into a metal barrier.
Witness Stephanie-Kate Burrell, 22, of Darwen, Lancs, was in a car outside the bowling alley when Holley floored the accelerator.
"There was glass and bumpers and everything everywhere," she said. "People bowling all started running out. They were screaming. It was total panic."
Mr Jones approached the car and two off-duty cops stepped in to help but Holley bit one and scratched the other on the hand.
She was found to have 50 microgrammes of alcohol on her breath. The legal limit is 35mg.
Peter Cunliffe, defending, said she was intending to kill herself, not to hurt Mr Jones or others.
Holley admitted dangerous driving and drink driving. Recorder Robert Crawford suspended a nine-month jail term for two years and banned her from the road for 18 months.
He told her: "I think you were very emotionally upset. You have missed going to jail by the skin on your teeth.
"You are a very lucky woman. I hope you appreciate that."
