US policeman arrested for raping a female acquaintance

USA - An NYPD police officer Arthur Roldan, 28, was arrested Wednesday night for raping a female acquaintance, police sources said.
Roldan, who has been on the force for six years, works in a Brooklyn precinct.
Roldan was collared in Brooklyn around 8 p.m. and charged with rape, menacing and assault, the sources said.
Roldan allegedly attacked the woman in a parking lot on Staten Island around 11 p.m. Tuesday, the sources added.
Sources said he is known to the victim, but their relationship was not immediately clear.
