UK police arrests Zimbabwean man on suspicion of Kidnap

Sussex Police have arrested a man after a woman suffered serious facial injuries in a violent attack in Hove, Sussex.
A 34-year-old man, Obert Ngwenya, was arrested on suspicion of kidnap, threats to kill and assault following an incident in New Church Road at around 01:00 on Sunday morning.
The man was initially named as Sussex Police issued an urgent appeal for his whereabouts and was arrested later in the day.
DS Mark Rosser tweeted that it was "potentially one of the worst cases of domestic violence I have seen."
Detective Inspector Mark Cullimore said: "I would like to thank the public for their assistance in our appeal yesterday which has resulted in the arrest today of a man in connection with the incident.
"The victim of the attack continues to recover from the serious injuries she received."
The man remained in custody through Monday afternoon.
