Mr Josh Frydenberg a Liberal backbencher in the Australian Parliament has told the Aussie parliament that the failure of Aussie Foreign Minister Kevin Rudd to focus any of his energies on the continuing mess in Zimbabwe is a disgrace.
It has been almost two-and-a-half years since opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai was sworn in as Prime Minister of Zimbabwe by Robert Mugabe.

Now, as Commonwealth leaders prepare to assemble in Perth for the biennial heads of government meeting, Liberal MP Josh Frydenberg has attacked what he perceives as inaction by Mr Rudd.
"People may be aware that after the failed elections in 2008 there was a so-called power sharing agreement between President Mugabe and Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai," Mr Frydenberg said.
"Lo and behold, nothing has happened.
"We have not had fresh elections, we have not had a new constitution and we are now a couple of years on. Why aren't Kevin Rudd and Julia Gillard speaking about this more often?"
Mr Rudd should be showing as much interest in Zimbabwe as he has in the uprising in Libya, Mr Frydenberg said.
"Clearly, quiet diplomacy does not work with Zimbabwe and something more dramatic needs to be done."
