ZANU-PF political commissar Saviour Kasukuwere on Wednesday said "Mugabe's term of office runs until 2018 and any talk or discussion questioning his legitimacy borders on treason."
He said this while addressing Zanu-PF supporters in Dotito, Mashonaland Central Province.
Kasukuwere reportedly said with 92-year-old Mugabe, who has ruled for over three decades, "Zimbabwe will succeed."
Kasukuwere also said Zanu-PF has confidence in their 92-year-old leader and the party was optimistic he would be able to stand for another term in 2018 and win.
