A man with 16 children by 14 different women, has blamed the Bible's instruction to 'go forth and multiply' for his philandering.
Unrepentant Jamie Cumming, 35, from Dundee Scotland says women who sleep with him should take the pill if they don't want to get pregnant.
He is also having baby number 17 with a teenager in the New Year and he claims he is 'repopulating' his home city of Dundee.
He shamelessly believes the taxpayers should foot the bill for his womanising because he is unemployed.
Cumming insists that he may not be the father of some of the children, but acknowledged 'nine or ten' were his own.
He said: 'The reality is all these women have been happy to have my babies. Maybe some of them thought I was a good catch. Others believed I'd settle down with them. I never promised them anything.
"I know you're not supposed to say it these days, but in my mind, it's OK for me to do what I've done because I'm a man.
'One instruction from the Bible I'd remind people of before they judge me is, 'Go forth and multiply'.'
The serial dad is unable to financially support his many children and most of the mothers are also on benefits.
His 55-year-old mother Lorraine, who doesn't speak to her son, said she was ashamed of him and described him as a 'predator.'
Jamie, a 6ft 4in former security guard, told the Sunday People:: "I'm getting it in the neck. But contraception is a two-way thing.
'If women are going to have sex with me and don't want a baby, why don't they take the Pill.
'I've worked most of my days and paid tax. I'm not too worried about what my kids cost.'
Asked what would happen if all men had 14 children, he shrugged and insisted: 'It's not true that I don't provide for my kids. They've never wanted for anything.'
Cumming, who had his first child in 1995, claimed he once wanted to be a priest, but forget his holy ambition when he discovered girls.
He does not believe he is promiscuous and is proud that he is 'doing my best' to repopulate Dundee.
And he does not rule out having more children in the future.
He told the People: 'Everyone wants the fairytale ending. Maybe I've done too much, caused too much pain, and don't deserve to be happy. Besides, I'm not sure I could ever be faithful.'
Mrs Cumming is scathing of her son's liberal choice of partners.
She said: 'He's been unemployed for years and shows no sign of wanting to work.
'We don't speak to each other, and, even though I love him as my child, I am bitterly disappointed with how he lives his life.
'It's difficult to keep up with it all, but I do my best to see all the kids. He just doesn't seem bothered, even though he thinks he's 'Father of the Year.'
