A United Kingdom newspaper, The Sun is offering a reward of £3000 to catch a person who posted online a video of himself/herself feeding a kitten to snake.
according to the website RSPCA Inspector Tony Woodley called it (video) a "sad and deplorable" act and promised to investigate any evidence.
