Zim.will never go anyway when such things are happening the Police Com.knows that the corruption is there but is taking a blind eye on it.The President knows that as long as he does not put a stop on it nobody knows.I personal will not pay them a single penny l would rather wait for 100 hours lets have everybody saying NO give me a ticket l will go Pay the country is Losing on the Revenues because of such bad Police

Its bribe money. Junior Cops say they have to extort money from the public becoz their wages are low and have been excluded from diamond money looting. Just like in the PSMA and ZBC senior Management are getting hefty monthly salaries while workers are getting peanuts. Surely Cashbert and Cash Happison were not paying themselves these ridiculous salaries without the respective Ministers knowing. This Zanu pf patronage system is now a corruption cancer in the Civil Service and all Parastatals. The Cops are now corrupt to the core. As they say the fish rots from the head!

I think this is not bribery, but its extortion coz they demand then you have to negotiate the amount to get a discount
