JSC conducts judges public interviews

THE Judicial Service Commission (JSC) today (Monday) began conducting public interviews of four candidates seeking appointment as
Chief Justice of Zimbabwe to succeed Chief Justice Godfrey Chidyausiku.
Chief Justice Chidyausiku retires at the end of February 2017. The interviews to select the next Chief Justice of which members of
the public are free to attend commenced late on Monday 12 December 2016 at the Rainbow Towers in Harare.
According to the JSC, four candidates namely Deputy Chief Justice Luke Malaba, Justice Paddington Garwe, Justice Rita Makarau and Judge
President George Chiweshe were nominated for the interviews.
