Grace Mugabe dishes out goodies to Zanu PF members

First Lady Grace Mugabe dished out five kilograms of rice to each delegate attending the Zanu PF annual conference in Masvingo.
Announcing what he termed as a Christmas present from Grace, the party's Secretary for Administration Ignatius Chombo said a proper distribution method would be worked out.
Chombo further said all women, Central Committee and Politburo members will get a piece of new fabric designed by Grace.
The new design includes the Zimbabwe flag, national flower, the flame lily, President Robert Mugabe's face and also has representation of the Zim-Asset economic blue print.
Unveiling the fabric on Friday, Grace said besides dresses and shirts, the new design would also be used for T-Shirts and berets that would be sold to raise funds for Zanu-PF Women's League programmes.
"I hope you will like it and those who buy will be supporting us to raise money for our programmes. This is our new party regalia from now on and you will get a lot of things made in the new regalia and I hope you will like it,".
In his closing remarks, Mugabe said the delegates number ballooned to 9 000 up from the targeted 7 000.
He got the figures from Chombo, he said adding that it " shows how much Zanu-PF is loved".
