Illegal Takeaway shop fined $100

An illegal food takeaway shop in Bulawayo has been fined $100 after being found doing business without valid licence.
Fineroll Takeaway represented by Nqobizitha Mlalazi pleaded guilty to the charge when appearing before Bulawayo magistrate Tinashe Tashaya. The magistrate convicted and sentenced the shop to pay a fine of $100 or a writ of execution should be done to recover the fine.
The court heard that on November 23 2016 at 1pm the police found the shop operating without a valid licence for year 2016 leading the a docket being opened against the shop.
