New fast food outlet opens in the City of Kings and Queens

BULAWAYO - A NEW fast food outlet has opened in the city. The much-awaited opening of Food Express that has been renovating its premises over the past few weeks was marked by a colourful event on Tuesday night as different people visited the venue to sample their services.
It is located along Main Street between 8th and 9th Avenues
The fast food outlet is one of the fast growing companies boasting of more than eight branches across the country.
The public relations manager of the company, Mrs Maxine Mia, said they are happy that they have finally found space in Bulawayo and it has been their wish to expand their business to the city.
"We are happy that we are now operating in Bulawayo and it is our wish that we provide a good service to the people of Bulawayo and create more employment for people in the city of kings," she said.
Mrs Mia added that so far they have created more than 32 jobs for local people and they are planning to rope in more people as the business grows in the city.
Since the inception of the company in August 2009, the company vision is to become a front-runner in the fast food industry serving people in the most hygienic and pleasant atmosphere.
One of the company directors, Mrs Santa Maria, said they would also strive to develop a long-term relationship with local suppliers and the community at large.
"As Food Express, we will strive to strike a balance with all interested business parties and community members who want to work with us," she said.
Food Express has branches across the country in Harare, Kwekwe, Kadoma, Zvishavane, Gweru and Bulawayo.
