Consensual sex with 12 year old send man to jail

A 21 year old man from Hwange, Thabani Nkomazana has been jailed for 12 years for having consensual sex with her 12-year-old lover.
Nkomazana was jailed for rape.
He was sold out by his lover's twin sister who noticed blood stain on her her privates.
Nkomazana had proposed love to the girl on October 30 last year.
Three days later they met near his farm and Nkomazana asked to have sex and the girl agreed.
On November 12, they met in the bush and had consensual sex.
In court, Nkomazana initially denied having sex with the girl but later changed his story and saying they had consensual sex.
Magistrate Dambudzo Malunga then handed him a 12-year jail term.
She suspended two years for five years on condition of good behaviour.
