Cheating girl drive lover to commit suicide over handset

A double timing Hwange girl and her mother drove her 16 year old boyfriend to commit suicide after they allegedly threatened to report him to the police for rape.
A mobile handset that the deceased Thamsanqa Sibanda hand lent his lover sparked a dispute.
Her age was not given.
According to reports, when Sibanda had lent his lover the phone, she went to gave it to her other boyfriend.
When Thamsanqa requested for the phone she told him she couldn't find it, Chronicle reported.
He then saw his handset with his girlfriends other lover.
A misunderstanding ensured when he confronted her.
Reports indicate that the girl threatened to report to the police that he had raped her.
Later that night, her mother visited Sibanda and also made similar threats, allegedly in a bid to dissuade him from demanding the phone back.
Sibanda was buried last Friday.
