South African renowned gospel singer Lundi Tyamara has died.
Lundi aged 38 died on Thursday evening, media reports say.
He had been in a Johannesburg hospital for over month.
He was diagnosed with abdominal tuberculosis, chest pains and liver problem.
Early January, speculation was rife that the singer had died.
Lundi started his solo career in 1998 and he is known for many gospel hits such as Mphefumlo Wami, Mvuleleni Angene, Mniku'dumo, Khuluma Nabo and Inkosi' Iyayazi.
