More than 150 cattle are set to be slaughtered to feed President Robert Mugabe's carefully chosen 100 000 guests during his birthday bash.

Mugabe's 93rd birthday gig is now set for Rhodes Estate Preparatory School (Reps) in Matobo.

He turn 93 in 20 days time.

According to the Matabeleland South organising committee for the 21st February Movement Celebrations "all A2 farmers who got offer letters must donate a beast each for this event and those that will fail we will take it that they don't appreciate what the President has done for them"

"We have set a target to raise 150 cattle for the event, we are appealing to well-wishers to do so willingly and not to come again tomorrow and say we were forced"  Zanu PF Matobo North legislator  Never Khanye told a meeting Tuesday.

The date and theme for the celebrations are still to be announced.
