'I am now in Grade 3', Zanu-PF MP tells Parliament

KWEKWE Central MP Masango Matambanadzo, popularly known as "Blackman" has told the nation through Parliament that he is no longer a Grade 2 dropout but now in Grade 3 and 'progressing in my education development'.
Matambanadzo, a self-confessed Grade Two dropout made the announcement in Parliament on Tuesday while contributing to a motion on the working conditions at the Hwange Colliery, National Railways of Zimbabwe and Dete Refractories.
"I wanted to change into English because I now have a command of English.
" Some Member of Parliament once referred to me as a Grade 2, but I may inform them that I am now in Grade 3. I am progressing in my education development.
"Let me now speak in English" he said according to the Parliamentary Hansard.
"A lot has been said about my educational qualifications but I say I am educated I went to school," he said.
In 2013, the former photographer who used to earn a living on the streets taking pictures and now a legislator was quoted saying "I did my Grade One then Grade 2 and stopped there".
