Man in trouble for raping girl (15)

A man from Maphisa is in trouble after he was dragged to court for raping a 15 year old girl.
The man Antony Sibanda (33) was not asked to plead to rape when he appeared before Kezi magistrate Jimmy Ntonga facing three counts of rape.
Allegations are that on February 10 this year accused person was left in the custody of the complainant.
At around 9pm the accused person entered into the complainant's bedroom.
He later called her to that room and upon arrival he forcibly had sexual intercourse with her once.
He repeated the act on the 11 February and on the 15 using the same technique of calling her to the room.
He would would threaten to kill her if she was to tell anyone.
Unfortunately she informed her parents upon returning back.
He was remanded to 8 March and was advised to apply for bail pending trial at the High Court.
