Mphoko and Mnangagwa reduced to dancing boys at Mugabe bash

President Robert Mugabe's co-deputies Phelekezela Mphoko and Emmerson Mnangagwa were embarrassed at their boss birthday bash in Matopo as they were not given a platform to congratulate him.
Instead Mphoko and Mnangagwa and their wives were asked to dance for Mugabe before addressing his guests.
Zanu PF Youth Secretary Kudzai Chipanga directed the vice presidents to stand up and dance as they have "no role to play at the event".
Chipanga said it was unfair for them to leave without "doing anything today".
Recently, Mugabe ruled the pair as his possible successors adding that he will not handpick his successor claiming that evidence on the ground indicated that the majority of Zimbabweans did not feel there was no acceptable candidate at present.
"The majority of the people feel that there is no replacement; (a) successor who to them is acceptable, as acceptable as I am.
"A successor is groomed by the people. Those around you can get the confidence of the people as they operate around you, and gain the confidence of the people, you see" he said during his traditional birthday interview.
