Police 'refuse' to attend to collapsed man on the street, scared of getting wet in the rain

A Bulawayo man collapsed at EMganwini this afternoon forcing primary pupils who were walking along side him to flee.
The man suffered a gush just above his right eye.
He remained motionless for about 20 minutes as he was bleeding.
Residents tried to call police for assistance but 30 minutes later there was no sign of a single officer.
One resident said he was told that it's raining and they cannot be of any assistance.
When the man regained consciousness, he identified himself as Moyo.
