Mnangagwa loses as Mugabe appoints MAlaba

Deputy Chief Justice Luke Malaba has been with immediate effect appointed as the new as Chief Justice.
He is expected to be sworn in next week, Herald reported.
Malaba takes over from Justice Godfrey Chidyausiku who retired recently.
In interviews in December, Malaba scored 92 percent, while JSC acting secretary Justice Rita Makarau garnered 90 percent and Justice Paddington Garwe came out third with 52 percent.
