Female teacher sexually assaulted infront of students

A female teacher was sexually assaulted in front of her students in class by a 26 year old man held her by the waist and acted as if he was having sexual intercourse with her.
Justice Chinokwetu pleaded not guilty when he appeared before Mbare magistrate Sharon Rakafa charged with indecent assault, H-Metro reported.
Chinokwetu was fined US$300 which is to be paid before May 30, failure of which attracts 90 days imprisonment.
The incident happened on October 29 last year at around 3pm at a local school.
The victim, Hamunyari Mauchaza was having a discussion with students and Chinokwetu entered the classroom holding a file.
Chinokwetu then went on to put his file on the table and walked behind Mauchaza grabbed her waist and started acting like he was having sexual intercourse with her from the back.
The woman then kicked him and thus he let her go.
The 26-year- old then started dancing in front of the students.
The man denied the charges.
"Your worship I deny the allegations of indecent assault,
"It's only that I was under the influence of a hypoglycemic attack due to my medical condition as I am a diabetic patient,
"So I was not under the control of my will and I acted involuntarily."
