Cop, three accomplices takes man to secluded place pulls his private parts before robbing him

A POLICE officer based at Bulawayo Central Police Station and his alleged civilian three accomplices recently took a city resident from his shop purporting to be taking him to the police station for questioning, but drove to a secluded place where they allegedly undressed him before pulling his private parts demanding the money he owed them.
This was heard by the Bulawayo magistrate Gladmore Mushove last week when Gadzirirayi Chapfunya (32) a police officer, Margaret Gondo (56) of Masotsha Ndlovu venue, her son Munyaradzi Ndlovu (21) and her daughter Stella Mutenda (34) appeared before her. The matter was remanded to May 12 for commencement of trial.
The court was told that on December 23 2916 at 4pm the four went to the complainant's shop in town where they ordered him to get into the car they were traveling in telling him thy were taking him to Central Police Station for questioning over the money they owed him.
They allegedly drove a bit out of the city centre and when he asked them where they were taking him, they said they wanted to deal with him until he gave them the money.
When they got close to Cold storage Company they dragged him out of the car and undressed him before Chapfunya and Ndlovu pulled his testicles demanding the money. He gave them $112. They demanded more money and he told them that he had $340 at the shop.
They drove him back to the shop when on arrival he gave them $340 and asked to go and collect some more money from somewhere else after Chapfunya asked for $20.
He was accompanied by Munyaradzi and Mutenda who remained outside the shop when he got in purporting to collect the money but went out of the complex using another exit.
He them reported the matter at Central police leading to the arrest of the four. The total stole was $452 and nothing was recovered.
