Man threaten to axe wife in a dispute over payslip

A man from Khumalo area in Bulawayo has been dragged to the court after he threatened to axe his wife when she visited his work place to ask for his payslip.
Sibusiso Ndiweni (40) was not asked to plead to the charge of making threats when he appeared in court on Tuesday. The magistrate remanded him to next week for trial.
The court heard that on May 7 this year the complainant Grace Kondowa (41) went to her husband's work place to ask for his current pay slip.
The accused then threatened to strike the complainant with an axe. The complainant reported the threats to the police leading to his arrest.
