Mthwakazi party leader attends MDC official's funeral

Mthwakazi Republic Party leader Mqondisi Moyo together with the Foreign affairs Secretary Ackim Gasela on Sunday attended a funeral in Pumula Bulawayo.
Party spokesperson Mbonisi Gumbo said he was invited to be master of ceremonies at the burial of the late Thomas Moyo who is one of the founding members of MDC , he was still a member of MDC-T.
"The relationship between him and Mr Thomas Moyo dates back to 1998. According to Moyo, he was very much closer to his two sons whom they were neighbors in Pumula north," he said.
"In attendance was Ephraim Ncube the Councillor for ward 17. The family recognised MRP leadership regardless of the fact that their father belonged to MDC t, it was so because the children are not with MDC-T. It was a great privilege to us that the President was given a chance to talk to the people and after his speech many people were left wanting to know much about the Party."
He said the MRP President grew up together with the children of the deceased in Pumula suburb.
