Man fined $100 for illegally dealing in copper wire

A man from Cowdray Park in Bulawayo has been fined $100 for illegally dealing in copper wire.
Thembani Ncube pleaded guilty to dealing in copper wire illegal when he appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Tinashe Tashaya.
The magistrate convicted him and ordered him to pay a fine of $100 with an option of 40 days in jail.
The court was told that on July 13 this year one constable Dube and Constable Hosho from Luveve received information that the accused was in copper wire dealing without licence.
They raided him and recovered 100kgs of copper wire worth $200. This led to his arrest.
