Two man are in trouble after they allegedly cheated a Bulawayo resident in a car deal which went sour.

The court heard that sometime in January 2017 the complainant Taurai Shava and the accused Semwayo made verbal agreement over the complainant's car to repair it there after the complainant was to decide whether to sell it to accused or he was going to pay the repairing cost of the vehicle.
In the same month accused went to complainant's house stand at Umguza and tow the car for repairing. On June 26 complainant demanded the car accused refused alleging that the complainant sold it to another accused person. The complainant made a report to the police leading to their arrest.
This was after Nqobizitha had sold the car to Xolani Tshabalala. Following their arrest the car was recovered on June 8
