A rare phenomenon will on Friday take place at Bulawayo's Hyde Park Cemetery when other families would be burying their loved ones and another exhuming a body that was buried at a "wrong place".
This is after a man from Manicaland who died in Bulawayo in 2009 "demanded" through his son to be buried in his rural home.
The dead man has even indicated his preferred burial spot.
Steven Nyakunhuwa, originally from Honde Valley in Manicaland, died in 2009.
His spirit is said to have been tormenting his family through one of his sons, Kuzdanayi, demanded a proper burial at his rural home.
The family has finally given in and all is set for exhumation today.
Kuzdanayi, would speak and act like his dead father, issuing re-burial instruction, it is said.
The spirit is also seeking an explanation as to why his second wife Fadzai, killed him.
On Thursday evening, Nyakunhuwa's brother, Ben confirmed that the exhumation is one today.
"His remains will be exhumed after 9 am, body lie in state in the village for Saturday burial", said Ben.
