Man beats up cousin over bathing

A man from Nkulumane in Bulawayo has been taken to court for assaulting his female cousin after he found her bathing at the house contrary to the instruction he had given to her not to do so.
Josphat Nyathi (23) appeared before Bulawayo Magistrate Sharon Rosemani on Tuesday. Charged with assaulting Nosakhele Ndlovu who stays at Burombo Flats in Nguboyenja.
Allegations were that on December 30 2017 at 12 noon Nyathi went to complainant's house where he had a misunderstanding with Ndlovu when he said Ndlovu was not supposed to bath in the house.
He then allegedly damaged Ndlovu's cupboard, Kitchen unity and glasses using button stick and the damage cost $730.
A report made to the police led to Nyathi's arrest.
