Mthwakazi Republic Party leader Mqondisi Moyo is appearing in court tomorrow over the Lupane celebrations in which he is accused of holding a public meeting without clearance.

Party officials have also started mobilising solidarity attendance at the Tredgold Courts during the day like they did top the eight activists who were arrested for undermining President Emmerson Mnangagwa.

"You are cordially invited Mthwakazi Omuhle to throng the Tredgold Magistrate Court Two tomorrow 05 January 2018, at 08:00am where MRP President will appear," reads a notice to other activists.

"This case has dragged for far too long without trial and we ought to go in numbers to support our President after all he has no case to answer. The state case emanates from his and other MRP leaders arrest on 14 December 2016 at a celebration party organised by villagers in Lupane."

His Lawyer Maqhawe Mpofu will apply for discharge before trial seating lack of evidence by the state to prove our President guilty.
