A' level student jailed 15 years for sodomising his tenant's 4 year old son

An A-LEVEL student from Bulawayo wept uncontrollable in court after he was sentenced to 15 years in jail for sodomising his tenants 4 year old son.

The student appeared in court clad in his school uniform after attending classes at a private college early on.

The sodomised boy's mother told the court that his child complained that the student inserted 'a firm stick' between his buttocks.

The incident occurred when the boy was left with his sister as the mother had gone out shopping.

The student capitalized on that and forced his way into their rooms.

He grabbed the boy, removed his cloths and sodomised him.

The boy was screaming uncontrollable during the abuse, the court heard. When his mother returned the boy told her that his buttocks where painful and explained that the student had "inserted a firm stick" which was his penis.

When confronted the student confessed that he sexually abused the boy.

In court he pleaded with the magistrate for lesser sentence claiming that he wanted to take care of his 2 year old son.

But the magistrate Mack Dziva handed a 15 year jail term but suspended 5 years.
