Woman spends night locked up in a toilet as punishment

A Sauerstown woman in Bulawayo spent a night locked up in a toilet by her angry husband as punishment for refusing sex.
Jonathan Manguyana aged 29 on February 25, at midnight ordered her 24 year old wife Fortnue Charamuka to be intimate with him.
Charamuka said she was undergoing her monthly menstruation but Manguyana would have none of it.
He accused her of faking periods.
A heated argument broke out leading to Manguyana to lock her in the toilet till morning.
In court he said his wife claims are false.
"Your worship I was disturbed when the complainant was called by her boyfriend during my presence and when I asked her she told me that I was not the one who bought the phone," said Manguyana to magistrate Marylene Mtshina.
Mthina remanded the accused to March 28 but ordered the two to undergo counseling.
