BCC seeking to buy land for residential, industrial and commercial uses

Bulawayo City Council is seeking to buy land from owners, individuals, firms or consortium for residential, industrial and commercial uses.
City engineer Simela Dube said the Bulawayo City Council is purchasing land from land owners, either individuals, firms or a consortium for residential, industrial and commercial uses.
"The prospective sellers must have the following: Certified Copies of original documents defining the constitution or legal status, place of registration, and principal place of business; Names, Physical address, Proof of ownership/ title deeds, Letter of present interest if it is a firm outside Bulawayo City Council boundary," said Dube.
"The City of Bulawayo intends to create a land bank for the future development of serviced residential stands that have water, reticulated sewers and road networks.
"The property owners should send their responses to: The City Valuer Chamber Secretary's Department.
