The family of Mrs Miriam Takavingofa Nyoni (34) who was murdered by her husband Goodman Nyoni (33) in Mpopoma have refused to clean the blood of the deceased and insisted that burial arrangements for the deceased have been deferred indefinitely until the missing finger from the deceased is found.
The Takavingofa family is demanding that the Nyoni family give them 45 cattle as payment towards the damage before they can clean up the living room where Miriam's skull was split and hands was chopped .
Mourners have been forced to gather in the kitchen as the living room is still covered in blood which the family is refusing to clean.
The room has been like that for more than a week and our source 'name withheld' said "bathi akulamgcwabo until kutholakala umunwe womuyi."
Mirriam used to work at Zimra and had refused to accept divorce papers that were served to her by Goodman. She did not have both her parents same as Goodman Nyoni whose parents passed away sometime ago.
