Sexy mini - skirts are blocking rains, Chief Masuku claims

A traditional chief in Mapoto district in Matabeleland South has caused a stir among his female subjects after claiming that miniskirts are blocking rains hence drought.
Chief Masuku said miniskirts "angers God" hence there is no rain fall.
"What these women do these days is horrible, they now go about almost naked exposing their thigh by wearing mini skirts"
"This angers God and that is why the nation is struck by drought and diseases' said Chief Masuku.
Matobo district is one area facing starvation in Zimbabwe.
He said he does not to see anyone wearing miniskirts in his area.
But women at his area say there was nothing wrong with wearing miniskirts.
Some women have been harassed, raped or beaten up for wearing miniskirts and trousers.
