Police on Thursday said they were yet to record any criminal activity at the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair that started on Tuesday.
Police spokesperson Superintendent Andrew Phiri said the police were on high alert to root out any criminal activities.
"So far we are yet to record any criminal activity perhaps because the business days were extended. The general public will start coming tomorrow and we have deployed adequate man power to ensure that there is order," said Phiri.
"We appeal to parents to guide their children especially adolescents from taking alcoholic substances and as a result become a public nuisance."
Last year about 30 teenagers were arrested for public disorder. The youths, under the influence of alcohol caused disturbances at the fair after engaging in fights.
