Man (42) nabbed for forcibly rapping a 4 year girl

Mhlupheki Sibanda's (42) life took a nose dive recently when he was nabbed for forcibly raped a four-year-old girl.
It is reported that on 26 January this year, at about 4pm, Sibanda spotted the girl playing with her friends. He went towards the girl and asked her to follow him to a bush where she was to be given a packet of jiggies.
With the prospect of eating good stuff on the horizon, the little girl followed the man. When she got to his hideout, Sibanda put a jersey on her mouth as a way of stopping any sounds which might sell him out. He then took off the girl's underwear and told her that she was going to get the jiggies if she behaved. The hapless soul kept quiet and Sibanda proceeded to rape her.
Sibanda is said to have made the girl lie on top of a stone and raped her. After the act, he handed over a pack of jiggies worth 1 Rand to the girl before instructing her to follow him to Fambeki stream in Njube suburb where he used the dirty water to clean off semen on her legs. He then told her not to divulge her ordeal and promised to come back with more jiggies if she was going to be a good girl.
On her return home, the girl's mother asked her where she was and she said it all. A report was made to the police. Since the day, Sibanda has been hiding and ran out of a safe haven on Monday last week.
Western Commonage magistrate, Mr Richard Ramaboea condemned him to remand prison until 8 May when he is due to appear in court.
He was advised to apply to the High Court if he so wishes to get bail.
