Woman crushes would be rapist's testicles

A would be rapist,  Mkhululi Ndubeko of Mpopoma had his testicles crushed by a woman as she wrestled with him to avoid being raped in front of her two  children.

On April 30,  the woman who is a vendor at the famous Renkini Bus Terminus knocked off and intended to go to her home with her 2 children aged 11 and 9.

They met Ndubeko at near Happy Valley Taven and Ndubeko stopped the woman claiming that he had important message for her.

She refused to stop.

That did not go down well with Ndubeko who followed her until they reached a football pitch.

Western Commonage magistrate Richard Ramaboea heard that when Ndubeko was close to the woman he removed his trousers and dangling his manhood.




He grabbed the woman, pinned her to the ground but struggled to remover her underwear.

Realizing that she was fighting a losing battle the woman was left with no option but to grab Ndubeko's testicles and squeezed them hard.

The children were watching in horror as their mother was about to be raped in front of them.

Passers by who heard screams dashed to the scene and rescued the woman in the process effected a citizen's arrest on Ndubeko.

He was dragged to a police station.

Ramaboea sentenced him to 12 months in jail of which three were suspended for five years.

The remaining nine months were also set aside as Ndubeko agreed to do 315 hours of community service.
