Patrons at Bulawayo Rainbow Hotel's Sethule Bar are up in arms with management who are denying them access to the hotels toilets.
The toilets are now reserved for people booked at the hotel. Guest collect swipe card from the reception and identify their room number.
"This is being cruel. We drink daily at the bar and how do they expect us to relive ourself when drinking," asked one patron, Dungeni.
Sethule Bar has no separate toilets for patrons.
Hotel officials said the move is aimed "at boosting security as people had a tendency of thinking the toilets are public toilets."
