A 37-year-old Bulawayo man caused a stir and was subsequently arrested for creating a scene at Bulawayo Passport Office after he allegedly pulled out his manhood and repeatedly rubbed it on a woman's buttocks.

Witnesses said the man could has been using using mubobobo, popularly known as bluetooth, a magical power used by rouge men to sexually satisfy themselves without the consent of the victim.

It is alleged that Farai Chitongo who resides in Bulawayo's Old Lobengula suburb caused commotion at the passport offices when he reportedly made some 'moaning sounds' as he rubbed his erect manhood against a woman's butt. However, Farai has vehemently denied the claims.

Allegations are that on 28 May the woman (name withheld), was at Bulawayo Registry Offices at around 3pm where she was waiting to collect her passport. Farai who allegedly was stalking the victim reportedly withdrew his manhood and began rubbing it up and down against the woman's buttocks.

The woman started experiencing some funny feelings in her body  and upon turning backwards, the woman saw the overzealous Farai who was by then standing closely behind her, sweating and groaning whilst holding his manhood towards the woman, it is alleged.

After getting shocked by what she saw, the woman crossed over to the other side of the counter. Farai, as his name suggests, had not felt happy enough, and therefore decided to prove that his mission was not impossible! He reportedly followed the woman to the other side of the counter where he allegedly resumed his 'wireless sexual encounter'.

The intimidated and sexually abused woman eventually got so frustrated upon noticing that it was the same Farai who had followed her to complete his alleged mubobobo business. The woman is alleged to have screamed before Farai reportedly tried to hide his manhood inside his T-shirt. The woman's screaming alerted members of the public and passport officials attended to the scene and apprehended Farai.

He was then handed over to police and has since appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Marylene Mtshina facing indecent assault charges. Fatso, as most people who share the same are better known as, denied the allegations and be was remanded out of custody to 8 June for trial on US$50 bail.
