Bulawayo lawyer delisted for improper conduct

A Bulawayo lawyer Masimba Munjanja of Munjanja and Associates has been delisted for improper conduct after he allegedly committed several cases involving abuse of trust funds and failure to properly represent clients among others.
Munjanja's delisting brings to 5 the number of lawyers struck off the register since last year.
Justice Chinembiri Bhunu who chairs the tribunal last week ordered the deletion of Munjanja's name from the register of legal practitioners, notary publics and conveyancers in Zimbabwe 7 other lawyers facing various accusations had their cases deferred to allow some paperwork to be sorted out.
