Woman (33) drags 90-year-old ex-lover to court over maintenance

In an extreme case of age is just but a number, a 33-year-old woman from Kingsdale suburb in Bulawayo has dragged her 90-year-old former husband to court seeking maintenance for their two children.
Their children are aged six and nine. The woman, Sazini Ndlovu (33) got a court order on 26 July compelling Mazithule Sigola Nkomo (90) to pay US$150 per month, for the upkeep of the two children.
Nkomo reportedly failed to defend himself in court as he got to the court late, after walking about 7KM from Kingsdale as he did not have bus fare, sourced said.
The man has reportedly sought advice from members of the community and has filed an appeal against the default judgment and the matter will be heard in court soon.
