45 Zimbabweans died of Covid-19 in the last 24 hours

Zimbabwe reported 45 Covid-19 deaths and 476 new cases in the last 24 hours, maintaining a worrying trend of high mortality and infection.

There are 476 new cases, with Manicaland recording the highest at 105.

Mashonaland West leads the death toll at 14, followed by Harare (13) and Mashonaland East (5).

Case load now at 30,523 and 962 people have died.
