Allan Moyo's bail hearing deferred to tomorrow

Obey Shava, lawyer of incarcerated University of Zimbabwe student leader Allan Moyo, says the bail hearing has been deferred to tomorrow because the state says it has not read the record and is therefore unprepared.
Moyo has been in detention since 7 December.
"Unfortunately, the state was not ready. The state counsel had not read the papers. He requested for indulgence of the court. He needs more time to read the record and file his response," Shava said.
The bail hearing is scheduled for 2.15pm tomorrow.
